You will find Humberto's casa particular in the heart of the historical colonial part of Havana (Habana Vieja - Old Havana).
A city with a long history whose historical centre is currently actively being restored.
From the house it just takes a short walk to see the wonders of Havana.
It is just next to the "Convento de Nuestra Señora de Belén".
The house in the middle of the real Old Havana (local market next door), in walking distance of the Malecon of Havana and within "earshot" of the 21:00 gun of the citadel.
You are quickly on the Paseo del Prado with it's bronze lions, at the Capitolio and in Old Havana with its beautiful old houses, castles, convents and parks. The famous cathedral is just a couple of minutes on foot.
All the above can be discovered walking through the old streets of Habana Vieja.
You are also just a 20 minute ride away from the beautiful beaches near the town. There you can "soak up the sun" while enjoying the white sand end the crystal clear water.
The house was build in the 1930's and it shows it. Granite floors and "French style" carpentry. The whole house was recently restored.
The 2 rooms for rent:
- have air conditioning
- have private (on-suite) bathrooms
- are large and well ventilated
- have (glass) windows with large curtains
- are cleaned on a daily basis
Price per room per night: Peso Convertible 25 - 30
(depends on season)
(or its equivalent in freely exchangeable foreign Currency like Euro, Can. Dollar, ...)

Our beautiful terrace:
Just imagine sipping a "mojito" or having a breakfast with various fresh fruits, nice hot coffee, bread, fresh fruit juice, honey and maybe a fried (over-easy?) egg on this roof top terrace.
You will be sitting 25 meters above the city on a stone terrace embellished with plants.
Want to relax? No problem! We have deckchairs on the rooftop where you can hang out while enjoying the view of Havana.
The house offers security and all household comforts to it's guests. You will get a great welcome and the personal attention you want. All with typical Cuban enthusiasm and flair.
